As a "buddy of the day", you will be assigned a participant to stay with from the time they arrive until they leave at the end of the day. You will need to be available from 2:00 p.m. for a mandatory volunteer meeting and be able to stay until approximately 8:00 p.m. when the pageant is over.

As a buddy, you will escort your participant through all stations (hair, nails, make-up, rehearsal, dinner) until she is reunited with her family after the pageant is over. You will truly leave with a new best friend! Although this is a challenging position to hold, it will be one of the most rewarding of your life!

During the course of the day, each participant will rotate through various stations so they can be pampered and treated like a queen! Keep in mind, you do not have to be a professional to hold one of these positions! As a volunteer for one of these stations, you will need to arrive at 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. If you have supplies you can bring (make-up, make-up brushes, hot tools, bobby pins, hair spray, nail polish, etc.), this would be a huge help to us! If you do not have supplies, please contact us and let us know so that we can be sure to provide enough products for our ladies! After the last group of participants leave your station, we invite you to stay for dinner at 5:00, the grand entrance at 5:40 and the pageant at 6:00!​

During the day, the girls will go through multiple stations. One station will be the rehearsal station! This volunteer position is designed to help the participants feel comfortable as they practice walking down the aisle and across the stage. We need volunteers who are willing to guide participants during the walk through and during the pageant itself. Volunteers will be stationed in the auditorium as well as in the waiting room back stage. You should be available for a brief meeting at 3:20 p.m. and plan to stay till the end of the pageant, approximately 8:00.

We are looking for men, ages middle school through young adult that will volunteer to escort our participants down the aisle and assist them on and off stage during the pageant. This volunteer position is truly thrilling and rewarding! Being an escort means you may have to roll with the punches when the unexpected happens, which is why a sense of humor is a must! Your leadership will be an important part as some girls are shy and may need your help getting out of their shell. Having an escort by their side means the world to these girls! Please be prepared to wear your best attire and be there promptly ay 5:20 for a mandatory escort meeting. At 5:40, you will be helping with the participant's grand entrance and also during the 6:00 pageant.
